Physical Time Travel into the Future

The Dream of Cinema and Real ScienceSince ancient times, physical time travel has been one of humanity's deepest desires and a favorite theme in Hollywood cinema. Is it truly possible to travel through time in one's own physical body using a metallic spacecraft (Time Machine), as depicted in movies like Back to the Future or Interstellar?

While many dismiss this as mere science fiction, modern physics reveals a true scientific foundation beneath it. According to science, traveling to the future in a physical body is 100% possible—and it has already been proven. Based on Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity, there are two primary physical methods to achieve this.

The Speed Route

The first method utilizes extreme speed to travel into the future. If a super-rocket or spacecraft capable of traveling near the speed of light (approximately 300,000 kilometers per second) were built, and you journeyed in it through space for a few years before returning to Earth, hundreds of years would have already passed on Earth.

Because time flows much slower for a rapidly moving object (Time Dilation), you would have genuinely arrived in Earth's future within your own physical body.

The Gravity Route

The second method harnesses the immense gravitational effects found in the cosmos. As shown in the movie Interstellar, an example of this is traveling in a spacecraft near a black hole—an object of extreme mass and density—staying there for a brief moment, and then returning.

The intense gravity of a black hole warps space-time, causing time to flow incredibly slowly in its vicinity. When you spend a short duration there and return, Earth will have advanced decades into the future.

The Great Paradox: Entering a Timeless Realm with a Physical Body

This brings us to a monumental problem that confounds even modern science: "How can our physical body, which possesses density and mass, enter a realm where time does not exist and everything coincides simultaneously in a single moment?"

According to the laws of physics, the answer is that when a body with density attempts to reach the point where time becomes zero (the speed of light), physics equations dictate that its mass increases toward infinity. In essence, nature itself has placed a barrier preventing a physical body from entering a timeless state.

Novikov’s Principle: Time Travel is Possible, but Change is Not

A fixed set of universal laws governs the physical world, the astral realm, and the entire cosmos. If everything is already synchronized simultaneously, no one can travel back in time to change anything. You can travel through time, but you cannot alter history.

This concept completely aligns with modern physics' "Novikov Self-Consistency Principle." The universe always reduces the probability of any event creating a paradox to absolute zero (0). In a synchronized universe, every action you take upon returning to the past has already occurred in history long before you even departed. Your only role is to fulfill the history that has already taken place.

The Grand Self-Consistency: You are Living upon Your Past Self!

What is the real and simplest reason why the past cannot be changed? When you physically travel to the past and live there, you are actually living upon your own past self.

Therefore, what happens there is solely what you originally did in the past. Beyond that, nothing new or different can be enacted because it has already concluded. For instance, if you travel back to correct a mistake in your own life, you will ultimately find that "you" traveling to the past became the very catalyst that caused that mistake in the first place. Even your modifications are already written in history.

The Unalterable Future: It is Also Your Future Self!

Just like the past, the future is already painted entirely within this cosmic blueprint of simultaneity. If you journey into the future with a physical body, it is not a random, novel occurrence. It is merely a fixed reality destined to happen within the universe. It cannot be altered in any way, because when you arrive, the person you meet is none other than your own future "self."

Humanity fails to perceive this grand truth, becoming disillusioned by separating existence into past and future, simply because we live trapped within the limited construct of "time" and a "physical body."

The Profound Distinction Between Solar Rays and Solar Energy

Physics itself provides an excellent illustration of this. From our human frame of reference, it takes about 7 to 8 minutes for a solar ray (a photon/light particle) emitted by the Sun to reach Earth. However, the "solar energy" (Solar Energy / Cosmic Wave) possessed by the Sun operates instantaneously across the entire universe without any time delay whatsoever.

The reason for this distinction is time. While time affects finite physical particles, universal fundamental energy is entirely independent of it. Time is something completely irrelevant to the universe! What we perceive as time is merely the limitation of physicality, not the true existence of the cosmos.
